Hello, and welcome to Brabant Wolves Basketball Academy.
My name is Ahmet, and I am the founder and head coach of the academy. Basketball has been the passion of my life for more than 20 years. I spent over two decades playing professional basketball in Turkey, where I developed a deep understanding of the game, discipline, leadership, and the true value of teamwork.
Four years ago, I moved to the Netherlands and continued my professional basketball career with Veghel Attacus Men’s 1st Team in the Promotiedivisie, the second-highest basketball league in the country. Last season, I had the honor of winning the league championship with my team—an achievement that further strengthened my experience within Dutch basketball and youth development.
Alongside my professional playing career, I also hold an official coaching license, which enables me to combine practical experience with professional coaching methods.
I founded Brabant Wolves Basketball Academy with one clear mission: to inspire and develop young players aged 10 to 16 through the game of basketball.
Our Academy
Our academy is not only focused on teaching basketball skills such as dribbling, shooting, passing, and game awareness, but also on helping children build confidence, discipline, respect, sportsmanship, and teamwork—qualities that will support them both on and off the court.
My goal is to create a positive, safe, and motivating environment where every child can grow, enjoy the sport, and reach their full potential.
